- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No!  Currently We ship to the following countries: Germany and USA.

- HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
90% of our customers confirmed reception at 15 to 30 business days. But sometime, the package takes more than that to arrive to its destination, so please allow up to 35 business days.

- IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

- I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL. WHAT'S GOING ON?
Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

- I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SIZE AND/OR QUANTITY! CAN I CHANGE IT?
When you place an order, we don't do anything for one day. So If you missed up the shipping address, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. If your order has already been shipped, we'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

- I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?
You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! It may take 4 to 8 days to provide the tracking number.

- DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT(S)?

We have offices based in Nevada (USA).

- WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship from different sweat-free factories all around the world. Expect 

- IT'S BEEN OVER 5+ WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT CAN I DO?
Please contact us and our helpful support staff will promptly take care whether it's a refund or a replacement.
